Lee’s Sugaree

Lee’s Sugaree is a whimsical, highly sought-after dahlia cultivar hybridized by flower farmer Lee Hemmings Carlton of Goldenrod Gardens. Introduced in 2023, it quickly earned a following among gardeners and floral designers for its dreamy, cloud-like blooms and romantic, ethereal appearance. Its delicate form and charming character make it a standout in both the garden and cut-flower arrangements.

Plant Height: Tall plants growing between 5 and 5.5 feet (150–165 cm).

Bloom Size: Medium to small, measuring about 5 to 6 inches across.
